Woot Woot - it's Friday. What's on your agenda for the weekend?
I'm looking foward to relaxing - I've had a very productive week!
I just posted on TpT my MLK mini unit that includes games, centers, activities...etc.. all based on the common core - so if you're looking for some engaging activities to do with your students next week that don't require you to stray away from standards, then you check out the unit by clicking on any of the pics below - I've posted it for only $5.00.
Anyways...while I was creating this mini unit, I was doing some research for MLK resources and came aross a website that had games for students on MLK that I thought you might be interested in. If you have several computers in your classroom, or a computer lab that you can take your students to, these games would be prefect for your kiddos!
Click on the pic below to check them out!
I've also included a download at the bottom of this post that has a list of MLK resources (books, videos, online resources..etc..) that I have used before in my classroom. Be sure to download it and tuck it away in your files!
What games/activities will you be doing with your kiddos for MLK day? Let us know by leaving a comment!
